We source our teas directly from some of the iconic teas gardens in India (Darjeeling, Assam, Dooars, Bihar, North-East, etc.), Japan, South Africa, and Nepal.

All our teas are carefully selected by our tea experts. Only the best batch of teas make their way to our inventory.

The availability of our teas depend on the season, our inventory, and order volume.

Except for single-estate teas, we do not keep all our teas ready for shipping. Our blended teas are prepared only when we receive orders for the same. This ensures that the blends you receive are always fresh.

Shelf life varies from tea to tea. Generally, herbal teas have a shelf life of 6 to 10 months, single-estate & straight tea blends have a shelf life of 24 months, and flavor blended teas have a shelf life of 12 months.

Shipping rates depend on the net weight or the volumetric weight of the package (whichever is higher).

For retail (online) orders, shipping is FREE for orders above $30 USD.

For customers in the United States, you will receive your teas within 3-5 working days. For internaional customers, the teas are delivered within 15 working days. Please note, depending on your order volume and type of tea/s, we will require 1 to 2 days of processing time.

You will receive your tracking number once the teas/products have been shipped.

You have the option of paying for your order via debit/credit card or PayPal. Payment details will appear in your cart once you are ready to check out.
